It’s suitable for fluffy and smooth treatment of acrylic fibers, chemical fiber and it’s blended fabric. It can also offer soft hand feel for cotton, polyester and T/C yarn or fabric

Application Process

Take 5-8% RJ-FC28 into cold water, stir it and gradually heat to 70℃-80℃(60min needed)，still stir until completely dissolved . Cool down.

Exhaust process:: 0.3-0.8% （o.w.f）,bath ratio1:10-15 ,Temperature 40-50℃，15-30min

Padding process: 2-3g/L,Temperature 30-40 ℃ , two dipping two padding or one dipping one padding.

Cationic Softener Flake RJ-FC28 is available in 25kg bag or other packing on request.

Storage

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Store in original container only.Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place.

Shelf life

Original characteristics remain intact for 12 months, if kept in recommended storage.
