Application

Softener Flake RJ-FC32 is mainly suitable for soft and fluffy treatment of denim, washer wrinkle fabric, sweater, towel etc.

Process

Take 5-8%RJ-FC32 into water which is under room temperature,stir it and gradually heat it until 60℃-70℃，still stir for 10-15min until it appears pulpy. Cool down

Use method:

Padding:2-3g/L,Temperature 30-40℃，two dip two rolling or one dip one rolling

Impregnation:0.3%-0.8%(o.w.f), bath ratio1:10-15, Temperature 40-50, for 15-30min.

Softener Flake RJ-FC32 is available in 25kg bag or other packing on request.

Storage

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Store in original container only. Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place.

Shelf life

Original characteristics remain intact for 6 month, if kept in recommended storage.
