Fluffy softener flake RJ-FC25 is a fatty acid amide compound. It is very suitable for fuzzing,sanding, and also applied for knitted fabrics, such as towels, socks and so on. It is better for jeans and sweaters washing effects.

Application

1. Dilution method

Cold dilution:Add the flakes slowly into 30℃water in the proportion of 5-10%,stir for 3-5min,then soak for 1-2h, stir at low speed until the flakes melt and become uniform paste.

Warm dilution: Add the flakes slowly into water in the proportion of 5-10%,stir and heat to 50-60℃ until the flakes melt and become uniform paste.

2.Processing method

Padding process:

Usage：                                    20-30g/l(10% emulsion）

Temperature:                             30-40℃

One dipping and one padding or two dippings and two paddings

Exhaust process:

Usage：                                    3-8%（o.w.f）(10% emulsion）

Bath ratio：                                                  1:10-15

Temperature:                                                40-50℃

Time：                                                        30 minutes

Actual recipe should be adjusted according to preliminary trying.

Packing

RJ-FC25 is available in 25kg plastic bags or other packing on request.

Storage

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Keep container tightly closed and store in a

cool, well ventilated place to prevent lumping.

Shelf life

Original characteristics remain intact for 12 months, if kept in recommended storage.
