Application field

As a textile finishing agent, Cationic Softener flake RJ-FC24 can be used for many kinds of fabrics,such as cotton, synthetic fibers ,T/C,yarn etc.

Application Guidance

1. Dilution method

Cold dilution:Adding the flake to the 30 ℃ water according to a ratio of 5-10%,stirring for 3-5min,standing for1-2hours, then stirring at low speed to uniform slurry. Warm therapy:Adding the flake to water of room temperature according to a ratio of 5-10%,stirring for 3-5min,heating to 50-60 ℃.stirring at low speed to uniform slurry and cooling to room temperature.

2.Processing method

Padding process: 20-30g/L(10% slurry)、30-40℃、one dipping one padding or two dipping two padding.

Exhaust process: 3-8%（o.w.f 10% slurry）、1:10-15、40-50℃、15-30min.

Actual recipe should be adjusted according to preliminary trying.

Packing

RJ-FC24 is available in 25kg plastic bags or other packing on request.

Storage

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place to prevent lumping.

Shelf life

Original characteristics remain intact for 1 year, if kept in recommended storage.
