Application field

As a textile finishing agent, low yellowing softener paste RJ-FC12 can be used for natural fabrics,such as cotton and its blended fabrics, especially suitable for towel which has a great demand for hydrophilicity, color fixing and hand feel.

Application Guidance

Recommended processing method and dosage.

Dipping process:

Emulsion :                            2-6%(o.w.f)

Temperature :                       25-40℃

Time:                                  15-25min

Padding process:

Emulsion :                           30-50g/L

Temperature: Room temperature

Actual recipe should be adjusted according to preliminary trying.

Packing

RJ-FC12 is available in 120kg plastic bags or other packing on request.

Storage

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place to prevent lumping.

Shelf life

Original characteristics remain intact for 6 month, if kept in recommended storage.
