Product Description
With the use of unconventional technique and formula, Hydrophilic Liquid Softener RJ-FC13 successfully integrates the characteristics of various softeners. It imparts excellent softness and bulkiness of cationic softeners, and also good smoothness and elasticity of organosilicone.

Application field
As a textile finishing agent, hydrophilic liquid softener RJ-FC13 can be used for cotton and its blended, towel, yarn and so on.
Emulsion preparation:
Recommended dilution ratio: 1:10-1:20, or adjust according to practical circumstances.
Put prepared liquid softener into cold water at room temperature, keep stirring for 30-60min, filter.
Processing method:
Exhaustion process:
Emulsion : 2-5%(o.w.f)
Bath ratio: 1:10-15
Temperature : 40-50℃
Time: 15-30min
Padding process:
Emulsion : 20-30g/L
Temperature: 30-40℃
One dipping and one padding, or two dipping and two padding
Actual recipe should be adjusted according to preliminary trying.
Packing
RJ-FC13 is available in 25kg plastic drum or 120kg plastic drum or other packing on request.
Storage
Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place to prevent lumping.
Shelf life
Original characteristics remain intact for 6 months, if kept in recommended storage.
