Hydrophilic Softener Paste RJ-FC11 is polyamide cationic surfactant, it impart soft hand feel on cotton,fibre and its blended fabrics.

Application field

As a textile finishing agent, hydrophilic softener paste RJ-FC11 can be used for natural fabrics,such as cotton and its blended fabrics.

Application Guidance

Emulsion preparation:

Recommended dilution ratio: 1:8-1:15, or adjust according to practical circumstances.

1. Dilution method

Cold water dilution:Adding part of cold water into the tank and softener paste according to a ratio,stirring it and add water until rated dosages ,keep stirring for 30min,filter.

Warm therapy:Adding the softener paste into hot water(50-60℃) according to a ratio of ,stirring for 20-30min, until appear uniform slurry，filter。

2.Processing method

Dipping process:

Emulsion :                    2-6%(o.w.f)

Temperature :               25-40℃

Time:                          15-30min

Padding process:

Emulsion :                    20-50g/L

Temperature: Room temperature

Actual recipe should be adjusted according to preliminary trying.

Packing

RJ-FC11 is available in110kg plastic bags or other packing on request.

Storage

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place to prevent lumping.

Shelf life

Original characteristics remain intact for 6 month, if kept in recommended storage.
