Application

Nonionic Softener Flake RJ-FN03 is mainly suitable for yarn and fabric which have strict requirements on whiteness and color shade.

Process

Take 5-8% RJ-FN03 into cold water, stir it and gradually heat to 70℃-80℃，still stir until completely dissolved . Cool down.

Padding:2-3g/L,two dipping two padding or one dipping one padding

Exhaustion:0.3%-0.8%(o.w.f), bath ratio1:10-15, Temperature 40-50℃,for 15-30min.

Nonionic Softener Flake RJ-FN03 is available in 25kg bag or other packing on request.

Storage

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Store in original container only. Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place.

Shelf life

Original characteristics remain intact for 6 month, if kept in recommended storage.
