Red-Eliminating Fixing Agent RJ-CFER
Product Description
RJ-CFER is formaldehyde-free fixing agent for reactive, direct and sulfur dyes. It can significantly improve the color fastness, but will change the shade to blue light. It can be used as color adjustment additive.

Application
Before proceeding fixing, please fully rinsing dyed fabrics(soaping when necessary), so it can remove floating color, salt and alkali, in order to ensure the subsequent fixing effect. Please dilute 1part to 2-3 parts before use.
Padding process: (after dilution)
Dosage: 20~60g/L
Procedure: two dipping and two padding→dry
Exhaust process:(after dilution)
Dosage: 1.0-6.0%(o.w.f)
L/R: 1:15-20
Temperature: 30-50℃
Time: 15-20min
Packing
RJ-CFG is available in 125kg plastic drum or other packing on request.
Storage
Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Store in original container only.
Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place.
Shelf life
Original characteristics remain intact for 6 month, if kept in recommended storage.
