RJ-BSMF is a multi-compound, multifunctional bleaching stabilizer. It can replace the oxygen bleaching stabilizer, scouring agent, penetrating agent and NaOH in traditional process. It can reduce the cost and shorten the oxygen bleaching process, especially suitable for double oxygen bleaching process of cotton, hemp and their blended fabric.

Application and Dosage

At first, fully dissolve RJ-BSMF with hot water about 60℃, then pour into the machine, at last add H₂O₂ to formulate the working liquid.

1. Knitted Cotton bleaching

RJ-BSMF                           2-3g/L

H₂O₂(27.5% ):                          4-8g/L

Bath ratio:                                 1:10~15

Temperature:                        98℃-100℃

Time:                              40-50min

2. Yarn bleaching

RJ-BSMF:                          2-3g/L

H₂O₂(27.5% ):                          4-8g/L

Bath ratio:                                 1:8~10

Temperature:                        100℃-105℃

Time:                              50-60min

Packing

RJ-BSMF is available in 25kg plastic bag or50kg plastic drum

Storage

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Store in original container only.

Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place. 

Shelf life

6 months of storage period if be stored in good condition.
