Product Description
RJ-CFG is the latest configuration of non-formaldehyde color fixing agent, which is used for reactive, direct, sulfur fixing treatment, can significantly improve the color fastness when applied to exhaustion, padding process. It is highly concentrated, not only economical but also easy to operate.

Application
RJ-CFG is used for color fixing treatment of cellulosic fabric. Before proceeding fixing, please fully rinsing, soaping dyed fabrics, so it can remove floating color, salt, alkali and surfactant, in order to ensure the subsequent fixing effect.
Padding process:
Dosage: 2~10g/L
Procedure: one dipping and one padding or two dipping and two padding→drying
Exhaust process:
Dosage: 0.2-1.0%(o.w.f)
L/R: 1:10-20
Temperature: 50℃
Time: 15-20min
Packing
RJ-CFG is available in 125kg ,200kg plastic drum or other packing on request.
Storage
Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Store in original container only.
Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place.
Shelf life
Original characteristics remain intact for 6 month, if kept in recommended storage.
