RJ-CDNP is a compound of organic complexing agent with good acid, alkali, high temperature and oxidizing resistance, it’s suitable for all kinds of fibers pretreatment, dyeing, washing after printing.

Application

RJ-CDNP is suitable for hard-water treatment, scouring treatment under alkali condition, bleaching treatment(sodium hypochlorite, H2O2, sodium chlorite), reductive bleaching, washing, mercerizing and dyeing process. The actual dosage was depended on application method and impurities in water.

Application 

1. Hard water treatment

Continuous process:             1-2g/L

Batch process:                  0.5-1g/L

2. Scouring ,bleaching

Continuous process:             2-4g/L

Batch process:                 1-1.5g/L

3.Dyeing

Continuous process:             2-4g/L

Batch process:                 1-1.5g/L

4.Reductive bleaching

Batch process:                 1-1.5g/L

5.Washing

Continuous process:            01-2g/L

Batch process:                 0.5-1g/L    

Packing

RJ-CDNP is available in 120kg plastic drums or other packing on request.

Storage

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Store in original container only.

Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place. 

Shelf life

12 months of storage period if be stored in good condition.
