RJ-CDG is a highly concentrated copolymer with good acid, alkali, reducing agent and oxidizing resistance. It’s suitable for all kinds of fibers wet processing.

Features and Advantages

v       Prevent spot on fabric in pre-treatment process

v       Make fabric color yield uniform, bright when used in dyeing process, especially for turquoise blue, violet and other sensitive color.

v       Remove floating color and improve colour fastness in reactive dyeing or soaping after printing.

v       Excellent acid, alkali, oxidizing and reducing agent resistance, good compatibility with other pretreatment and dyeing auxiliaries.

Technical Index

Application

This product is highly concentrated and can be diluted at the ratio of 1:2 or 1:3, or use directly at lower dosage. The actual dosage could be adjusted according to the real application process.

1.      Pretreatment and general detergent washing

   Exhausting:                 0.3-1g/L

   Padding:                    1-2g/L

2.      Dyeing    

   Exhausting:                 0.3-1g/L

3.      Washing after printing :

   Exhausting:                 0.3-1g/L

   Padding:                    1-2g/L    

Packing

RJ-CDG is available in 120kg plastic drums or other packing on request.

Storage

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Store in original container only.

Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place. 

Shelf life

12 months of storage period if be stored in good condition.
