Product Description

RJ-ATAC is a mixed organic acids, it can be used for dyeing auxiliaries of polyester, nylon, acrylic and other synthetic fibers, and neutralizing of cotton fabric (including viscose, rayon, modal, tencel and other cellulose fiber) after dyeing. RJ-ATAC can be used instead of acetic acid.

Application

As a textile auxiliary agent, RJ-ATAC can replace the acetic acid used in polyester, nylon, acrylic, and other textile dyeing. It also can be used in place of acetic acid after dyeing cotton base neutralization and pickling, fully and completely. 

Dosage

1. The dyeing of polyester, nylon, acrylic: 0.3-0.5g/L

2. Neutralization and pickling: 0.5-2.0g/L.

Packing

RJ-ATAC is available in 120kg plastic drums or other packing on request.

Storage

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Store in original container only.

Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place.  

Shelf life

Original characteristics remain intact for 12 months, if kept in recommended storage.
