Ruipre LTB is a compound of special surfactants, which can reduce the scouring and bleaching temperature.

Features and Advantages

Ø        Combine low temperature scouring and bleaching, can be effective at 65-80℃, with high whiteness, good wettability and small weight loss after treatment;

Ø        Mild process condition, which can obviously improve the flatness, crease, abrasion, fluff and strength of the fabric;

Knitted cotton and blended fabrics, loose fibers, terry cloth recommended process:

Low temperature bleaching agent:    1.0-1.5g/L

Hydrogen peroxide(27.5%):         6.0-10g/L

Caustic soda (100%):               0-2.0g/L

Chelating stabilizer:                0-0.5g/L

Bath ratio:                        ≥ 1:7

Cheese yarn batch low temperature scouring and bleaching recommended process:

Low temperature bleaching agent:    1.5-2.0g/L

Hydrogen peroxide(27.5%):         8.0-10g/L

Precautions

Preparing the bleaching solution when it is needed, do not place it for a long time, otherwise it will seriously affect the treatment effect. Heating rate of 2-3℃/min is appropriate, if too fast, it will lead to excessive ineffective decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, and affect the treatment effect.

Packing
RUIPRE LTB is available in 50kg plastic drums or other packing on request.

Storage& Shelf life
Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Store in original container only. Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place. Original characteristics remain intact for 1 year, if kept in recommended storage.
