Neutral Cellulase P62 is mainly used in the formulation of denim washing preparation. It can also be used directly. The enzyme has the characteristics of wide pH adaptability, high activity at normal temperature,fast enzyme effect and impart obvious contrasts.The unique granulation and coating technology imparts the product excellent stability and fast solubility. This product has good compatibility with buffers, nonionic surfactants, etc.

Application

1.Formulation

Neutral Cellulase P62 as a basic raw enzyme powder, should be used in combination with buffer and suitable surfactant such as anti-staining agent, penetrating agent.The phosphate, citric acid, oxalic acid, adipic acid,etc is recommended to compound a buffer system to ensure that the pH of the 1-2g/L product after formulation is about 5.5-6.5.And the anti-stain agents is added as the requirement. The following is a conventional formulation.The dosage of product after formulation is about 0.5-2%(o.w.f):

Neutral Cellulase  P62                                             3-10%

Buffer salt                                                              30-55%

Anti-stain agent                                                       0-20%

Surfactant                                                                0-10%

Filling material                                                        0-30%

The P62 is compatible with most nonionic surfactants. Anionic surfactants should be avoided. Please choose the right surfactant according to your needs. 

2.Direct to use:

The pH of the water bath adjusted to 5.5-6.5 by adding some acetic acid in polishing, the effect of enzyme treatment will be greatly improved.But please pay attention to the anti-staining and strong changes.

 Inactivation: Raising the pH to 10 by using sodium carbonate solution or raising temperature above 70°C and kept for at least 10 minutes to terminate the enzyme reaction, then wash and rinsing the fabrics twice. 

Packing

P62 is available in standard package of 30 kg plastic drums. 

Storage

The product should be kept in cool, dark and dry place with temperature below 25 °C without direct sunlight. 

Shelf life

The efficacy of the product will not be reduced within 1 year when kept in the original sealed drums under correct storage conditions.
