Neutral Cellulase P61S is a neutral cellulase powder, used directly for denim washing and garments polishing at the normal temperature.The effect of neutral Cellulase P61S used in denim washing is nearly equivalent to the stone.

Application

Neutral Cellulase P61S is a enzyme powder used directly in the washing plant, the higher the temperature, the better wash effect is. This product can completely or partially replace the stone (according to the requirement), and Can be used together with anti-stain agents. 

The preferred conditions:

Equipment                            Over-flow, jet dyeing machines or laundry belly washer. 

Enzyme dose                                               0.5-1.5g/L

Temperature                                                  30-50℃

Treatment time                                             20-60 min

Inactivation: Raising the pH to 10 by using sodium carbonate solution or raising temperature above 70°C and kept for at least 10 minutes to terminate the enzyme reaction, then wash and rinsing the fabrics twice. 

Packing

P61S is available in standard package of 30 kg plastic drums. 

Storage

The product should be kept in cool, dark and dry place with temperature below 25 °C without direct sunlight. 

Shelf life

The efficacy of the product will not be reduced within 1 year when kept in the original sealed drums under correct storage conditions.
