Neutral Cellulase C56 is an upgrated new generation cellulase which has the characteristics of high bio-polishing effect with wide pH and temperature tolerance.It’s designed for textile applications such as fabric and garment bio-finishing (i.e. depilling, surface modifications and softening) and is supplied as a concentrated liquid to use at low dosage. Neutral Cellulase C56 is also suitable for denim washing to give grain and contrast effect.This product is highly concentrated and suitable for compounding for more economical and direct use of derivatives. 

Features and Advantages

 Can improve the surface finish of the fabric, make the lines clear and greatly reduce the pilling rate,and improve the handle of the fabric     effectively. 

 wide PH range (4.8-7.5) can be applied without adjusting the acid, in neutral pH value (around 7.0); It can also be acidic, more powerful     polishing effect. 

 Good color preserving effect, with minimum back stain,less color changes.  In denim washing, the contrasts is big and uniform, unique style     and no batch difference. 

 Can be applicable to compound bleach clean up,polishing and dyeing one-bath products.Good salt resistance, can be used directly. 

 Compatible with other textile auxiliaries, including buffer, dispersant and non-ionic surfactant.But the compatiblity should be checked before   use.

Application

Neutral Cellulase C56 is suitable for bio-finishing (i.e. softening, surface fiber removal, depilling) of various types of cellulosic fabrics and garments. Bio-polishing can be arranged either before or after dyeing, depending on the desired effects.

The preferred bio-polishing conditions:

Treatment time                                                  30-60 min

Inactivation: Raising the pH to 10 by using sodium carbonate solution or raisingtemperature above 70°C and kept for at least 10 minutes to terminate the enzymereaction, then wash and rinsing the fabrics twice. 

Packing

C56 is available in standard package of 30 kg plastic drums. 

Storage 

The product should be kept in cool, dark and dry place with temperature below 25 °C without direct sunlight. 

Shelf life

The efficacy of the product will not be reduced within 12 months when kept in the original sealed drums under correct storage conditions
