Desizing Enzyme A21
Product Description
Desizing Enzyme A21 is a concentrated α-amylase preparation developed for fabric desizing. The product can work effectively under wide range of temperature, and breaks down starch, starch derivatives or blends of starch with other synthetic sizing materials, and has no negative effect on the textile fibers.
Features and Advantages
A wide temperature, suitable for high temperature about 55~90°C
Highly concentrated
High-efficiency,rapid reaction, save time
No damage of fabric
Good applicability
Environmentally friendly
Technical Index
Property Specification
Appearance Brown liquid
Solubility miscible with water
Density 1.10~1.20 g/mL
The pH of the washing water should be adjusted before the enzyme addition. Acetate, citrate or citrate-phosphate buffers or acetic or citric acid can be used for pH adjustment. A21 is compatible with most other processing aids, including nonionic wetting agents and dispersants, lubricants etc. Compatibility should be checked to avoid the negative impact on enzyme performance and stability.
Application
A21 is a concentrated product, which can be used directly with low dosage, or used as a base for dilution and further formulation. The product is especially suitable for low and middle temperature desizing, and for desizing of temperature sensitive fabrics.
The preferred process conditions for the product in the desizing process are:
Enzyme dose 0.1~0.5g/L, the optimum dosage will depend on desizing conditions.
Liquid garment ratio 5~15
pH of washing wate 5.5~7.5
Temperature 55~90℃
Treatment time 20~40 min
Packing
Desizing Enzyme A21 is available in standard package of 30 kg plastic drums or the demands.
Storage
The product should be kept in cool, dark and dry place with temperature below 25 °C without direct sunlight. The optimum temperature for storage is 4~10°C.
Shelf life
The efficacy of the product will not be reduced within 6 months when kept in the original sealed drums under correct storage conditions.
