Product Description
It is a light yellow-green homogeneous disperse liquid and non-ionic. It has very good fastness to heat and washing. It is stable in chloride, peroxide and reduction bleaching baths.

Application
It can apply on polyester, acetate, nylon and plastics, is suitable for high temperature high pressure process. High whiteness and fluorescence, excellent fastness to light, wash and sublimation.
Dosage
Pad-dyeing hot-melt method
Rate of use: 1-3g/L
Process: two-bath two-pad (pick-up rate 70%) → pre-baking (100°C) → baking(180-200°C, 20-30s)
Note: Scouring is need; in case remain alkali on fabric.
High-temperature exhaust dyeing
PS-2000: 0.2-0.3% (o.w.f); bath ration: 1:10-30;
Dyeing temperature: 120-130°C, 30-60min→wash→parch→finalize.
Packing
It is available in 25kg or 50kg plastic drums or other packing on request.
Storage
Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Store in original container only.
Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place.
Shelf life
Original characteristics remain intact for 12 months, if kept in recommended storage.
