Product Description
It is ivory disperse liquid and anionic, with high light fastness (grade 7-8), excellent stability against acid, alkali, hard water, peroxide and chlorite bleaching.

Application
Used in polyester and its blended fabrics brightening, and applicable in both exhausting and padding dyeing.
Dosage
1. Exhausting dyeing
Dosage: Optical Brightener EBF, 0.1-1.0% o.w.f.
Dispersant: 0.5-1g/l
Acetic acid adjustment PH=4.5-5.5
Temperature: 120-130℃;
Time: 20-40min
2. Continuous padding
Dosage: Optical Brightener EBF, 2-10g/l.
Other auxiliaries: X g/l
Temperature: 180-185℃
Time: 30sec.
Dip & squeeze: pick up 60-100%
3. Single-stage optical brightening & resin finishing
Dosage: Optical Brightener EBF 1-10g/l
Silicone softener: 10-40g/l
Resin (melocol): X g/l
Resin catalyzer: X g/;
Baking time: 130℃×1min
Dip & squeeze: pick up 40-60%
Cure time: 160-185℃×2-3min
Packing
It is available in 25kg plastic drum or other packing on request.
Storage
Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Store in original container only.
Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place.
Shelf life
Original characteristics remain intact for 12 months, if kept in recommended storage.
