u     Properties and Features:

1,  Has excellent property of emulsifying and dispersing and oil removing in neutral or weak acid bath .

2,  Has good effects to remove the conning oil or other oil on fabric. It also can prevent the backing staining on machine. It can clean the treating machine.

3,  In oil removing and dyeing one bath process, it can eliminate color sports and color flowers.

        4.  Free Phosphorus, free APEO 

u     Application field:

Mainly used for pre-treatment for Ployester knitted fabric weaved fabric. It also can be used to pretreatment of elastic yarn, package yarn and reeled yarn.

u     Application Process:

1.  Polyester knitting fiber, Package yarn or reeled yarn one bath oil removing process:

DEO-115TF: 0.3～1.0g/L , Levelling agent: 0.3～1.0g/L，Dyestuff：X，Temperature :120-130℃，running for 30～60mins.

2.  Pretreatment for Elastic fiber oil removing process:

DEO-115TF: 0.3～1.0g/L , Sodium carbonate: 1～2g/L，Temperature :90-110℃，running for 30～60mins.

3.  Polyester embroidery fiber oil removing process:

    DEO-115TF: 0.5～1.5g/L , run 10 mins after DEO-115TF added, raise temperature to

80-100℃, then run 30～60mins.

4.  Continuous padding oil removing process:

    DEO-115TF: 1.0～3.0g/L, PH value adjust according to factory needs, Temperature :80-100℃

For actual application, the process should be adjusted according to correspondent preliminary tries.
