Product Description

RJ-RCA is a mixture of surfactants and polymers, suitable for polyester fiber and its blended fabric washing after dyeing. RJ-RCA is used to replace sodium hydrosulfite and other alkaline reduction cleaning process. It is easy to use, easy to clean and more secure. After cleaning, the fabric is more vivid, also it can significantly improve the fastness.

Features and Advantages

v       It can replace the sodium hydrosulfite and caustic soda, and the dosage only a half of sodium hydrosulfite. It can improve 1 grade for washing fastness.

v       Do not need washing neutralization of the conventional reduction cleaning, save water, save costs and improve work efficiency;

v       Can also be used for polyester-cotton blended fabrics soaping after one-bath dyeing;

v       Have a strong ability to clean the disperse dyes, also the reactive, direct and other water-soluble dyes, and little impact on color shade;

v       It is environmental friendly, efficient, non-irritating odor, stable storage;

Application and Dosage

The dosage is based on the structure of the fabrics and the color depth, the recommended dosage is as follows:

RJ-RCA：                     1.0-3.0g/L

Temperature:                    90-98℃

Time:                               20-30min 

Packing

RJ-RCA is available in 25kg or 50kg plastic drums or other packing on request.

Storage

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Store in original container only.

Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place.

Keep away from moisture.

Shelf life

Original characteristics remain intact for12 months, if kept in recommended storage.
