RJ-SCB is a compound of surfactants with good acid, alkali, high temperature and oxidizing resistance, it’s suitable for batch process of cellulosic fiber and its blend.

Dosage

The dosage is based on the structure and oleaginousness of the fabrics, the recommended dosage is from 0.2-0.5%.

RJ-SCB: 0.2-0.5% (o.w.f)

NaOH (30%): 3-15% (o.w.f)

Bath Ratio: 1:10 - 1:15

Temperature: >95℃

Time: 40 min

Packing

RJ-SCB is available in 50kg or 120kg ,200kg plastic drums or other packing on request.

Storage

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Store in original container only.

Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place. 

Shelf life

Original characteristics remain intact for 6 months, if kept in recommended storage.
