RJ-CFC is the latest structure of non-formaldehyde color fixing agent, which is used for reactive and direct fixing treatment after dyeing and printing, can significantly improve the color fastness when applied to exhaustion, padding process. It is highly concentrated, not only economical but also easy to operate.

Technical Index

Application

RJ-CFC is used for color fixing treatment of cellulosic fabric. Before proceeding fixing, please fully rinsing, soaping dyed fabrics, so it can remove floating color, salt, alkali and surfactant, in order to ensure the subsequent fixing effect. RJ-CFC is a highly concentrated product, before proceeding fixing, it is recommended to be diluted into 4-6 times of original liquid.

 Padding process:

Dosage of diluted liquid: 20~40g/L

pH: 5.0-7.0

Procedure: one dipping and one padding or two dipping and two padding → drying

 Exhaust process:

Dosage of diluted liquid: 2.0-4.0% (o.w.f)   

pH: 5.0-7.0

L/R: 1:6-12

Temperature: 45℃

Time: 15-20min

Packing

RJ-CFC is available in 50kg, 120kg plastic drum or other packing on request.

Storage

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Store in original container only.

Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place. 

Shelf life

Original characteristics remain intact for 12 month, if kept in recommended storage.
