Neutral Cellulase P63S is super concentrated enzyme powder,mainly used to formula the preparation of denim washing and garments polishing.The enzyme has the characteristics of wide pH adaptability, high activity,fast enzyme effect.

Application

Formulation

Neutral Cellulase P63S as a basic raw enzyme powder, should be used after combination with buffer, anti-staining agent and penetrating agent.The phosphate is recommended to compound as a buffer system to ensure that the pH of the 1-2g/L product after formulation is about 6.0-7.0.And the anti-stain agents is added as the requirement. The following is a conventional formulation.

The dosage of product after formulation is about 0.2-1%(o.w.f):

The P63S is compatible with most nonionic surfactants. Anionic surfactants should be avoided. Please choose the right surfactant according to your needs.

Inactivation: Raising the pH to 10 by using sodium carbonate solution or raising temperature above 70°C and kept for at least 10 minutes to terminate the enzyme reaction, then wash and rinsing the fabrics twice. 

Packing

P63S is available in standard package of 30 kg plastic drums. 

Storage

The product should be kept in cool, dark and dry place with temperature below 25 °C without direct sunlight. 

Shelf life

The efficacy of the product will not be reduced within 1 year when kept in the original sealed drums under correct storage conditions
