Ruipre LTB is a compound of special surfactants, which can reduce the scouring and bleaching temperature. 

Features and Advantages

Knitted cotton and blended fabrics, loose fibers, terry cloth recommended process:

Low temperature bleaching agent:           1.0-1.5g/L

Hydrogen peroxide(27.5%):                    6.0-10g/L

Caustic soda (100%):                             0-2.0g/L

Chelating stabilizer:                                0-0.5g/L

Bath ratio:                                             ≥ 1:7

Precautions

Preparing the bleaching solution when it is needed, do not place it for a long time, otherwise it will seriously affect the treatment effect.

Heating rate of 2-3℃/min is appropriate, if too fast, it will lead to excessive ineffective decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, and affect the treatment effect.
