Application

RUIPROOF CN02 is suitable for waterproof finishing of cotton and its blended fabrics. The dosage is based on the structure of the fabrics and the equipment. The usage of 30-100g/L can meet the ordinary requirement.

For example(100% cotton):

RUIPROOF CN02           30-90g/L

60%Hac                    0-1mL

One dipping one padding→dry at 110-130℃→cure at 170℃*90-120s

Durable waterproof finishing: 10-20% crosslinking agent of RUIPROOF CN02

Precautions：

To maintain the stability of the working fluid, the fabric must be thoroughly washed, minimize the residual of alkali and surfactants.

Packing

RUIPROOF CN02 is available in 120kg plastic drums, or other packing on request.

Storage

After used, the container must be tightly closed to keep the quality. Stored in indoor temperature (5-40℃) and avoid exposed to high temperature or very low temperature.

Shelf life

Original characteristics remain intact for 6 months, if kept in sealed away from light.
