Description

Disperse printing thickener DPT is a high performance one for disperse dyes printing system. It is suitable for all kinds of polyester fabrics. DPT can not only be used separately, but also together with sodium alginate or guar gum.

Procedure:

Prepare paste→flat screen or rotary screen printing→steaming or baking for color fixing (180-190℃*3-6min)→washing

The above dosage is just for reference, preliminary trials should be carried out. 

Packing

RuiPrint DPT is available in 125kg plastic drum or other requirement. 

Storage

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Store in room temperature, cool, dry, and

ventilated place. 

Shelf life

6 months of storage period or longer (If be stored in good condition).
