RUISIL HHW is a linear silicone copolymer macro emulsion with big particle sizes, it provides smooth and soft hand to all kinds of fabrics. RUISIL HHW can deliver good hydrophilicity to fabrics. It provides excellent stability which leads to none oil-spots or sticking. RUISIL HHW can achieve ideal effect with lower usage compared to traditional amino emulsion.

Application
As a textile auxiliary agent, RUISIL HHW can be used for most kinds of fabrics, especially for terry towel, cotton and cotton/polyester. It is recommended that when prepare the textile finishing bath with other finishing agents, actual dosage is dependent on the required softness of the fabric.

Performance comparison
The products are subjected to the form of macro-emulsion,following the proportion of oil around 20% in the emulsion. The samples are applied in concentrations of 25 grams per liter on cotton and terry cloth, and 10 grams per liter on polyester.

Salt resistant stability
To realize the salt resistant stability test we use 10g/l Na2SO4 and 20g/l RUISIL HHW in 200ml bath. The following pictures are the results of the test.

Alkali resistant stability
To realize the salt resistant stability test we use 1.2g/l NaOH (pH=12) and 20g/l RUISIL HHW in 200ml bath. The following pictures are the results of the test.

Packing
RUISIL HHW is available in 50kg or 100kg plastic drums or other packing on request.
Storage
Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Store in original container only.
Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place.
Shelf life
Original characteristics remain intact for 6 month, if kept in recommended storage.
