RUISIL 3062 is a highly concentrated micro emulsion of amino modified polymethylsiloxane. RUISIL 3062 is easy to dilute and delivers excellent voluminous hand feel ,high resilience and good drapability.

Application

RUISIL 3062 is considered for use in soft finishing of cellulose, polyester, T/C nylon and their blends. Because of highly concentration, it should be diluted with water before use. RUISIL 3062 can be applied by exhaustion and padding method. The amount depends on the desired effect and characteristics. The amount of following process is based on 30% solid content.

Exhaustion method:

Usage: 1-3% o.w.f.

Temp: room temperature

Time: 10-20min

Dehydration and dry

Padding method:

Usage: 10-30g/L

One dipping and one padding or two dipping and two padding

Dry

Packing

RUISIL 3062 is available in 120kg plastic drums or other packing on request.

Storage

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Store in original container only.

Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place. 

Shelf life

6 months of storage period or longer, if be stored in good condition.
