Hydrophilic silicone emulsion RUISIL 3053
Product Description
RUISIL 3053 is a highly concentrated emulsion made of block silicone oil. RUISIL RJ-3053 offers excellent hydrophilicity and voluminous hand feel to different textile fiber or fabric at lower usage than general silicone softener. Because of its quaternary function group, therefore, RUISIL 3053 can enhance superior affinity and durability to fabrics than general amino silicone softener.

Application
RUISIL 3053 can be used for all types of fabrics with good property, especially for natural fibers,including cotton, wool and their blended knits and woven; Cotton or spandex blended fabric;Viscose rayon,CVC and acetate woven;Polyester woven,etc. RUISIL 3053 has superior advantage more than traditional amino silicone oil.

Performance comparison
The products are subjected to the form of micro-emulsion,following the proportion of oil around 20% in the emulsion. The samples are applied in concentrations of 25 grams per liter on cotton.

Salt resistant stability
To realize the salt resistant stability test we use 10g/l Na2SO4 and 20g/l softener in 200ml bath. The following pictures are the results of the test.

Alkali resistant stability
To realize the salt resistant stability test we use 1.2g/l NaOH (pH=12) and 20g/l softener in 200ml bath. The following pictures are the results of the test.

Shear resistant stability
To realize the shear resistant stability test we use 0.5g/l Na2CO3, 1g/l Na2SO4, 0.1g/l reactive dye and 50g/l softener in 200ml bath. The stirring speed is 2000r/min,and the temperature is 50℃. The following pictures are the results of the test.

Ion compatibility
To realize the ion compatibility test we use 2g/l fluorescent whitening agent and 50g/l softener in 200ml bath. The following pictures are the results of the test.

Packing
RUISIL 3053 is available in 50kg, 200kg plastic drums or other packing on request.
Storage
Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Store in original container only.
Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place.
Shelf life
Original characteristics remain intact for 6 months, if kept in recommended storage.
