Procedure
1. Charge RuiSoft 3032, TO-6 or AEO-6 and Butyl Carbitol into a mixing tank for 15-20 min;
2. Premix initial water and acetic acid to form an acidic solution.
3. Charge the solution slowly into the soft grease. The charging should take about
30minutes. After all the acidic solution has been added, continue to mix the content
for 15 min to get a clear grease;
4. Start to add the final water under stirring ;
5. Reduce the agitation speed after ¾ of the final water has been charged. Continue to
mix another 15 min after all the water has been charged.
6. Add biocide and mix for 10 minutes before drumming;
Packing
RuiSoft 3032 is available in 200L plastic drums or other packing on request.
Storage
Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Store in original container only.
Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place.
Shelf life
12 months of storage period or longer, if be stored in good condition.
