Product Description

It is Brownish yellow liquid and cationic, excellent stability in chlorite and chlorine; Good light and wet fastness properties. Can be dissolved in water by any ratio.

Dosage

1．Exhaustion process:

Dosage:                 0.2-2.0% (o.w.f)

Detergent                0.5g/L

Sodium Chlorite:          1-2g/L

pH:                    3.0- 4.0 (adjusted by Formic Acid or oxalic acid )

Temperature:             95-98℃

Time:                   30-45 mins

Bath ratio:               1:10-40

2．Acrylic /Wool blends process：

      BAC                    0.5-2%o.w.f 

Detergent                0.5-1g/L

pH:                     3.0- 4.0 (adjusted by Formic Acid or oxalic acid )

Temperature:             70℃

Time:                   30 mins

Bath ratio:               1:10-40

***Actual process should be adjusted according to different requirement.

Packing

It is available in 60kg plastic drum or other packing on request.

Storage

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Store in original container only.

Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place. 

Shelf life

Original characteristics remain intact for 12 months, if kept in recommended storage.
