It is a yellow-green powder and anionic. It has very good fastness for washing. It has good stability for alkali-oxygen in one bath process.

Application

Suitable for whitening of cotton, polyester/cotton blends peroxide bleaching and whitening in one bath, also suitable for pad process.

Dosage

1.  Exhausting processing 

Amount：Optical Brightener 4BK 0.2-0.6% o.w.f

sodium Sulfate ：5-10g/L
temperature×time：90-100℃×20-30 minutes

Bath ratio ：1:10-20

2. Alkali-oxygen in one bath process
     Amount：Optical Brightener 4BK 0.1-0.6%

 Sodium Hydroxide （30%）:1-4g/L
 Peroxide (35%)：4-8g/L

 Sodium silicate: 2-5g/L

 Detergent：0.5-1g/L
 temperature×time：100℃×30-45 minutes

 Bath ratio ：1：10-20

3. Pad Dyeing
    Amount：Optical Brightener 4BK 1-4g/L
    Process：Dip and pad（mangle expression70-80%）

    Drying（100℃）

    Shaping：below160℃×20-30 seconds

Packing

It is available in 25kg cardboard boxes or 50kg drum or other packing on request.

Storage

Transport as non-hazardous chemicals. Store in original container only.

Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool, well ventilated place. 

Shelf life

Original characteristics remain intact for 12 months, if kept in recommended storage.
